L. Cafatius., L. f., Ste.
Haruspex fulguriator.

 Lars Cafatius, son of Lars, of the Stellatina.
Haruspex (and) augur of lightning.


Etruscan:
Cafates Lr., Lr.
Netśvis, trutnvt, frontac.

 Larth Cafatie, (son of) Larth.
Haruspex, libator, (and) augur of lightning.

    Good question. The genitive form natisal is found in ET AS 1.314 (TLE 419) which establishes that the word signifies a person (nb. natisal puia where puia = "wife"). Thus, Larthia Srutzna was presumably a wife of a priest.
