The thing that really offends me is the discrimination I face as a "benificary " of the JBNQA agreement from the so called "Inuit" leadership(Many have a long history with the drug trade,bootlegging or both!).They use an Inuk's fluency in the Inuktitut in a fasion similar to the OLF(French Language Police) do with Bil 101 in Quebec.
